Policies
The most successful client/therapist relationships are based on mutual respect. I strive to provide the highest quality services with the utmost professionalism. Of course, life happens and sometimes we face unexpected circumstances. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular clients of Sandhills Horizon Massage and Botanicals.
Illness
Please reschedule your session if you have a cold or a flu. There is no penalty to do so, and this protects myself and other clients from infectious disease.
Cancelation Notice
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment for reasons other than illness. This gives me time to rebook the slot. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours more than twice, they may be asked to pre-pay for future services.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your session will have to be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. The original fee will be charged.
No Call/No Show
Clients who fail to arrive for appointments without canceling in advance will be considered a “no call/no show”. After a second no call/no show, clients will be required to pre-pay for services.
Therapist Cancellations
If I must cancel a session you will be notified as early as possible. Contagious illness is the prime reason I may cancel with less than 24 hour notice.
